  13. its keyboard shortcuts?  I don't think having code in every app to do
  14. this one rare task it warranted.  It's like the 256-character popup
  15. for choosing a character - too expensive, and best left to another
  16. centralized program (eg. Let'em'Fly).

  18. The effort of writing code for one application to change shortcuts
  19. could write an app that edits just that part of RSC files.
